FL Studio. Download the demo (you can use it as much as you want you just can’t save/open your projects) :).
Then watch some psytrance fl studio tutorials on youtube 😛 that should get you going!

When I say disco I’m guessing I mean old 80s type electronic dance music haha. It has that identifable style specially with it’s electric guitar riffs. Shall I just call it old house next time haha?

Yeah really like the intro too! Sounds really professional. I find the synth melody that starts at about 1:00ish sorta doesn’t really fit in well though imo.
