Hi all ,
This is a work related rant so dont all fall asleep reading this !!!! My Rant and im sure you’ve all experienced this from time to time . Your going about your job with the rest of your work mates and theres a problem slightly out of the normal which requires some thought and head scratching to solve . As time progresses various ideas get thrown in and your supervisor/manager decides to dismiss all ideas given and carries on with something that you all know aint gonna work . However minutes later then comes up with your idea as an idea of their own and its then carried out and it works . Then after the disaster is averted and your all chilling out with a well deserved brew you hear your supervisor/Manager then say to their manager what a good idea they came up with all on their own and how well it worked ………..is it just me or does that make you mad as well……..or do i need therapy ?

I hate this. I just don’t input any good ideas anymore at work because there’s no point, either no one listens or when they do they are ungreatfull of the help.

Oh its not just me then lol , i still throw in the good ideas cos some of the supervisors i work with do listen , but the ones that dont miss out on my vast knowledge …….vast knowledge bit isnt true but it sounded good .

a lad what punched his own father to the ground (causing his death) during a family argument has only got 6 times more prison sentence than my mates did for holding a rave (where no one got hurt….)

When people fill up the sink, put dishes in it and then don’t wash up and leave them there. Either wash up or fuckin don’t :@ cos i have to reach into cold, discusting water and clean everything out before i wash up otherwise. Aghgghrhrhghgghh.

Yep and end up with a scummy ring around the bowl or the sink and it tends to smell after a while . I think people do that in the hope that some one else will finnish the job !!!! . You could always do what my mate did once , put the pots and plates outside the offenders room …..soon got the message lol
