Since Shambala I’ve been keeping myself busy with new and/or physically demanding activities. Managed to avoid any comedown, that is a pleasent but unexpected surprise.

im the complete opposite lol, ive never had a worse come down… but i did some exercise and its surprising how good it is at changing your mood
