If you are new to the scene then there is nothing wrong with clubs. Just go out and enjoy both clubs & free parties.

There are loads of good clubs out there they are just harder to find and a lot smaller these days. The superclub is dead and buried.

When you’re as old as me you don’t like to get exploited anymore 😉

Out of interest….Why are you asking people what they prefer?

My party shoes have been collecting dust other the past year so I don’t know what the scene is like at the moment.

I stopped enjoying the clubscene around 2003 and it was already mainstream by then. It just become too commercialised and a meat market. I have heard they are a few small good venues in London but I am yet to experience them.

But I prefer free parties

I’m lifting more now. I have done since January but I am naturally skinny I still can’t “bulk” up. I am probably not eating enough protein.

I am typically pear shaped (I think) Smaller on top so when I lose my desired weight on the bottom I look anorexic on top 🙁

So I can’t lose weight. I have to tone instead and it is bloody hard work 🙁

I love food but now that I am 36 I can’t eat as much as I like, ie last night I shouldn’t have eaten half a huge tub of icecream.

I need to only lose a few lbs and a weekend of narcotics could do that but to keep it off forever.

I cycle, run and gym 5 times a week so that doesn’t help. I just need to cut out all the sweets and crisps. Have the odd treat once and a while not every day!
