        Both

        I do split routines and mix both free weights and resistance

        chest, triceps, abs
        back, biceps & shoulders
        legs & abs

              The reason I asked is cos if your doing stuff just for biceps and just for abs etc one at a time you’re gonna be doing several excersizes that are called isolation workouts …. theese are good if you just wanna work on one area but if you really wanna bulk up fast it’s all about the compound stuff i was talking about as theese work loads of muscles at the same time and build up muscle alot faster as instead of doing 5 excersises you’ll only have to do 1-2 diferant ones to hit the same muscles.

                  I want to start doing free weights and compound stuff like you suggested but its a small gym and the weights area is full of alpha male types and there always using all the stuff. Well annoying. Gonna have to stick to resistance weights and work harder on the cardio I think, perhaps worry more about muscle in the future at a bigger gym.

                    the gym never gets easier. i do enjoy the endorphines from a light work out and/or cycle though. good stuff

                      my fitness and healthy eating begins the 22nd til the 10th. 2 and a half weeks in the bottom of france in the blazing sun, no drugs except alcohol and chronic amounts of food sun and exercise.

                      i’m gonna be so tanned it’s literally in the mountains next to spain closest big city pergignan.

                      27 degrees out there today.

                        A while ago someone once said to me: “skateboarding is a fantastic cardiovascular workout…..it just fucks everything else up.” I’ve learnt this to be true……
