XMAS holidays?

Hi all, Apart from people at school/college. How many of you have got time off work at Xmas? Myself i’ve managed to save up about 14days holiday, Finish on 13thdec and go back on the 7th Jan!

I’m gonna be battered throughout the whole holiday!:bounce_fl:crazy_dru:bounce_g:

ive got 3 days off… should have been 2 but managed to blag 3 so i can go see my family! retail hurts…

thats harsh. I need some time off work before xmas day to be able to catch a train from Sheffield to Blackburn and it takes 4 hrs! In previous jobs they wanted ppl to work up until 24th december but theres no way I can get home to see my family so would have spent xmas alone if I didn’t stand my ground.

thats harsh. I need some time off work before xmas day to be able to catch a train from Sheffield to Blackburn and it takes 4 hrs! In previous jobs they wanted ppl to work up until 24th december but theres no way I can get home to see my family so would have spent xmas alone if I didn’t stand my ground.

Fair play, thats a long time to be stuck on a train tho!

Tell me about it! Especially when theres loads of students all with loads and loads of luggage and presents..its definatly a squueze all right

Oh i know how you can get a carriage to yourself. Buy some vaseline and clove oil rub both on the inside of your nose so you can’t smell anything else, then smash 10 stink-bombs around your seat thus eliminating any student sitting too close to you! :crazy_dru

Oh i know how you can get a carriage to yourself. Buy some vaseline and clove oil rub both on the inside of your nose so you can’t smell anything else, then smash 10 stink-bombs around your seat thus eliminating any student sitting too close to you! :crazy_dru

hmmm…may try that one or carry a portable stereo blasting out gabba

Or country music? The man might tell you to turn it off but they won’t say anything about the smell!!! I seriously might try this when i go to london next week!! i’ll record it on my fone! :you_crazy

Got 2 or 3 weeks off for Xmas……….Feel harsh though as some people with families didn’t get as much time off as me………….
