Shit man … not good …. I fell over the other week and have no recolection of it … Bruises all over my arms legs and a fucked up knee and back from it O.o

I had cramps was texting my mate that i was ill and cant answer the phone, the next day i text him and he was in the hospital cos he fell down stairs due to being too k’ed up!
