Have you tried good edam, its amazing. I used to get my mum’s Dutch friend to bring it over with her as I hated the stufdf we got over here.

Now I go to a cheesemonger once a week and get it along with usually 5 or 6 other varieties of cheese each week.

tell me about it! had a cheese toasty for dinner and the cheese had escaped into the toasty bit then i had to scrape it off after cos it had gone rock hard like cement
