God I hope I don’t know him.

My mates just stretched his up to that size and loves showing it to people, although he is careful to always get their permission.

I’m still quite bemused by this recollection,
it started with us talking to these guys around age 45 -50 just leaving a pub,
and they commented about my bro’s septum (stretched quite big) and got onto local tattoo artists, but……. :crazy:
