Working in fucking filthy conditions today. Has really pissed me off, was at the Royal London hospital in whitechapel. Absolute shithole. Dirt and muck everywhere, the toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, fucking disgraceful. reason why it annoyed me so much cos it paints a bleak view of the nhs, back when i was younger i remember going into a hospital and the smell of disinfectant being really strong. Walked into this one and it smelt of shit (literally)

Feeling a bit ill as well was fine before i walked into that dump, not a happy bunny at all. :crazy_diz
