Why would someone after a few short posts want to meet up with someone in real life to physically fight them?

Do they sound damaged or just a wannabe bluffer? or possibly both cos they deceive themselves?

no. just imagine if right now we had a dispute and we didn’t know each other, why on earth would you want to fight some random person you don’t even know cos you had a disagreement of words on the internet?

I’ve seen this so much on the internet. People think they can say what they want as they believe it’s not real life, which it isn’t to some extent, but real people are still at the other end. I’ve spoke about this before for a slightly different reason, but still to do with abusive behavior (just not actually offering people out). Some people just have anger issues. Most likely because their life isn’t fulfilling enough (or just out of boredom) so they have to make other people feel like shit to make them selves feel better, kinda like what blues musicians do. :laugh_at:

Some people are just socially maladjusted, be it face to face, or online – and because they find it difficult to be friendly for whatever reason, they think that by being a keyboard warrior/internet badass/twitterthug, they have some purpose in the world. Sad really, but then again, so’s waxing the hair on your beer gut to look like a 6-pack because you’re too lazy to try and get a real one!

It’s just plain ole immature, i remember seeing that kinda malarky goin on when i was 18 n that.. Also the person can’t have a lot going on for them in their real life if they have the time to think about meeting up for a fight with somebody over the internet…
