both can be ropey, beware of stuff like aspartame etc…

would rather have real fruit juice anyway..

its gottga be ribena all the way, or as a friend of mine likes to call it “times nine” cause once you have had one cup its never enough.

My fave is actually Robinsons Orange or Lemon barley, the classic one with sugar in 😉 I was addicted to that stuff not so long ago, was getting through a bottle every 2 days.

robinsons do a very nice range with no addd sugar, just natural sugars

no aspartame either (devils’ own piss)
