Why do you think so many people register on the forum and never post anything at all? its not like you need to be a member to see posts on this forum, i never sign up to a forum unless im actually going to post on it.

there are those who sign up and never come back, those who sign up and play the games only, genuine lurkers, people not posting but PMing mates on here, those who sign up to use the downloads and finally the spammers

I myself signed up and played games for months then decided it was a terrible waste of my time to do only that and came and posted in the forum so as to contribute to it raaa

Without dissing the forums arcade at all!!, why would people wanna sign up here to play arcade games though, theres bigger games sites devoted to games which i would have thought people would be more interested in (obviously its a good thing for PV). I dont know all i know is i wouldnt join a forum if i didnt plan to post on it, maybe thats just me though!

We has someone losing it about the fact they no longer had the highest score whose only posts on the forum were complaining about it a week or two ago. So it would seem that people sometimes do just sign up for the games.

another factor on this forum is (particularly as dance music is a very multicultural scene) that our users come from all corners of the world and a significant proportion of our users do not have English as their first language.

I can read a few foreign languages but would find it a long-winded process to post on a forum and be a bit shy about doing so for fear of making mistakes – so I expect a lot of our non-UK users feel this way as well..
