Today i called up the Arriva bus company and made a complaint.
some old man today was very out of order aggressive and angry towards me. He blamed me for his mistake when it clearly was not my fault at all and when i pointed this out to him he went even more out of order and said ‘YOU DON’T WANNA MESS WITH ME, YOU PICKED THE WRONG GUY’
he was about 60-70 years old, fat ugly and i think he has anger issues + hates young people (i can just tell when people hate young people)
just wanted to know if anyone has had similar experiences of this + having made a complaint

About as usefull as a chocolate teapot!!!

June 16, 2009 at 1:19 pm #1201657put in the wrong ticket price, i told him ‘it should be 65p’ then he exploded in his aggressive fashion (the exact same way as last time) and blamed it on me wearing headphones (which 1 wasnt on,asin the music 2 doesnt have anything to do with it + he said the same thing last time) and that i apparently didnt hold it close enough!!? he looked at it for 4 seconds, it was fucking close and he put the wrong fuckin price in… how is it my fault
so i said ‘how is that my fault?’ which is when he went even more mad (smoke came out of his ears at this point + super red face and i think i saw some horns pop out) and said that YOU DON’T WANNA MESS WITH ME blah blah
at that point i was close to walking off and calling him a complete cunt, the geezer is out of order, old pathetic piece of shit tbh, i do think he has a problem with the youth, any moment i tried to help him in anyway or fight my case he seemed to think like he was WAY superior and had authority over me

best thing to do is use their own fucked up system they created against them…
people don’t have the right to have a “bad day” (at least not to affect others) when dealing with the public in a safety critical job…

Bus drivers do seem to be misrebul and rud more offten than, say, a taxi driver. Write in and complain and perhaps ur get some vouchers!
