How many forum members does it take to change a lightbulb?

1 to move it to the Lighting section
2 to argue then move it to the Electricals section
7 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs
5 to flame the spell checkers

May 22, 2011 at 5:44 am #1239550Hi Hesh ,
HHHMMMM i see you have gone for the standard 100 watt bulb that sadly is no longer made but was a classic in its day . I have a collection of various 100 watt bulbs , although i now have started a collection of energy saving bulbs …….however i just live that flickering light that a fluorescent tube gives . Im off to my Local DIY shop now to examine and possible purchase more for my collection hhmmmm .regards
Mungo :-O !!!!!!May 22, 2011 at 6:00 am #1239544Those energy gas bulbs are filled with mercury gas, I do not know if I think that is a step forward, enviromentaly speaking, to be a good product it should go from cradle to grave without hazards for the public health…Why do not invent cool looking night googles or contact lenses(remember to put them before night fall) with full color spectre so no light is needed?
May 22, 2011 at 6:20 am #1239551Hi !sinner69! ,
Mercury gas !!!!! that shit not good for you then ?……..best i stop inhaling the stuff :-O . Although a side effect i get now is i can always tell how hot it is , im like a human thermometer 🙂regards
