That is why my father called me when he was about to die and told me to look for a guardian and appoint so that the money can be transferred and for life sake I will not need any telephone call from outside till my money is transferred to you bank account, I will leave this country to join you. My bank require international passport from you as my appointed guardian, and I have told my bank director everything about you that I want my late father money transfer to your bank account. He said there will be no problem that before they can proceed. You should forward your banking information’s so that they can work for the transfer. According to my bank director he let me understand that there will be two important documents needed from ministry of Justice before the money can be transfer out of bond to your bank account which you will present to the bank. Here is the under listed document to be obtain. 1. NEW CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE TO YOUR NAME. 2. FUNDS TRANSFER APPROVAL.

Bear in mind that the two documents will cost us money but I don’t know the amount the documents else I hear from you then I can go to the bank and ask them the cost of the documents. My bank director tell me that they can not withdraw any money from the deposit till the money is transfer to your account then we can have access to withdraw from the money because my late father deposited the money in a Suspense Account. Also I want you to contact my bank director as soon as you receive this mail.
