depends where you live, i would google “my area flyer printing”…if u get em off the net, then pnp comes into play, plus you cant storm round theirs when they fuck it up and demand a reprint (it will happen at some point).

if u want em dirt cheap, then either let the printers advertise (u can even get em for free) or advertise something/one cool in your area to get some help with funding.
