I something like this before I moved recently…hence the move. My (deaf) ex-landlord thought I was over-reacting by explaining he had stayed there recently and didn’t hear a thing!
Was a combo of him just being too loud and a sheet of cardboard pretending to be a ceiling…Did away with my alarm clock towards the end as his farts always woke me up at exactly 6am.
Cost nearly a grand to move…a pistol would’ve been cheaper. mini rant over.
