i took a new policy out for my new car with the insurance company who did my mazda, coz they gave me the best deal
BUT . . . at the time they also said there would be a hundred pound cash-back because i took it out in september.
I was told it would be with me within a month but i just rang and they siad no that offer was for policies taken out in august BOLLOCKS
So i’ve made my feelings clear, i wasn’t horrible to the woman coz its nothing to do with her really, she said they have to replay all the converstaions i had with them and i should ring back in a week an speak to a manager
I KNOW all companies are bastards but they had my custom, they didn’t have to blag me with an offer an now i’m just pissed off!!!!!!
I’m gonna have the bastards over this
sorry for rant but i’m just so f**king cross!!!!!!!!!!!

I rang back an got excuse after excuse –
‘sorry miss tarifa there isn’t a manager available they’re on leave’, ‘there is no record of your conversation last week’, ‘could you ring back next week?’
and my personal favourite ‘we aready sent you the cheque’ wtf? cant even keep their story straight!
I didne shout or swear but in the end (after over 30mins of bollocks!) i got a manager, a name, a direct number and an assurance that they are very sorry and that the cheque is gonna be in the post this afternoon
Well we’ll see . . . .

I’m having a mare with my energy supplier and have resorted to writing a 4 page letter of complaint!
they let us incure a debt of approx £1300 despite admitting it is their fault as we have had numerous meter readers but the numbers were thrown out by their computer as they were so different from the pervious owner (the house had been empty for 17 years ) and so they kept estimating the bill on that – and to be honest we were never any the wiser as we always paid DD on time and thought we were doing what was right as we kept giving the correct info!!!!!!!!!
And to top it all despite setting up a SO to pay the bloody debt we still keep getting threatening letters saying we are not paying it back and then we have to spend time phoning them to be told ‘oh sorry – you have paid – I dont know why your getiting these letters’…….guess who I’ve just got off the phone from……… Phew!!!!!
sorry – felt the need to let off some steam there :you_crazy :crazy::crazy:

November 21, 2007 at 4:34 pm #1124233there is some place called energywatch. When I moved to my new house in 2006 an old supplier (Powergen) insisted on billing for a time when the house was empty, and ignored notification of this including my incoming meter reading and other evidence that I had only moved in on that particular date..
I called energywatch and Powergen in the end just wrote off that debt and even some charges which would have been valid as it was in the time between me moving in and changing over to a new supplier..
