this feature is well funny to play with. like being back at school. i fancy so an so but so an so fancies ………..!
funny ol feature to have aint it!
doubt SJ would ever have something like this!!!
i had such a wicked time at this party and i won’t be forgetting this one for a long time. whereever i was everyone was smiling. best vibe at a party i’ve seen in ages .
think there was 20 sound systems there covering 9/10 seperate dancefloors.
heard so many different types of dance music .
i thought every rig there sounded amazing throughout the party.
ob were safe ( not that they had much choice!!!)
ROLL ON THE NEXT UNITED SOUNDS PARTY!!!
i would have thought 4000 was a fairly accurate guess. There was over 1500 vehicles there and a non stop traffic jam to the site for over 5 hours!
theres no helping you sam!!!!!!!
elraveon wrote:you sound very sure of this, I would be interested to know what laws were broken with this event, or what proof they have, if any.the Police can bring charges but they have to be proven unless you plead guilty.
for what it is worth if you make a statement keep it short and clear ie. “it was a private party(friends and friends of friends) when the sec63 was issued you complied and left the site as soon as was physicaly possible” or if you are interviewed my best advice would be “no comment”, thats not easy but if they have evidence they dont need yours, they will be hoping to get you to say the wrong thing to their cleverly put questions. best of luck.
As far as i am aware (i’m dont know much about this event as i wasnt involved, nor was i there) NO laws were broken as s63 was fully complied with and the event did not require any form of license. however there is a lot of hear say about this private members only event but this really is not the place to discuss things.
the press have reported that it was a 5 day pop festival where tickets were being sold in london. so someone has a lot of misinformation somewhere regarding this event as this is so obviously rubbish.
that is true, most bits of 3 rigs have actually been returned, most of another will be returned soon, i am not sure whats happening to the other systems yet.
however, there is still a serious amount of equipment in the hands of Hampshire Constabulary, and some will be highly unlikely to be returned.
Also even though some stuff has been returned, there is still likely to be charges brought against people for this event and / or hefty fines imposed by the courts (should the proseceaution be successful)
A lesson which can be learned is to make sure if you take a rig out that it is hired from a pa company of which you have the hire documents. or that the equipment is borrowed from people who were unaware of what it was being used for and those people can prove they own it.
nice one
ditto, expect i’ll be rinsing the ACiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiD.
see ya’s there
directions for this will also be out on the Aztek party line.

we havent met yet have we?i’ll have to come an find ya!
got any scoops left for sale? or know any one who has?
safe.
i’d like to see them prove that tickets were being sold for that event in london, and apparently these tickets clearly displayed the exact venue & dates. s’funny because i cant think of the last time where a venue was printed on any flyer or ticket or any piece of papperwork for a free party/rave or such like event.
i’m a raving lunatic
I seriously need to quit my job and either go self employed or get a flexible job. preferably one where i don’t have to work on a monday. And i’m sick of offices!!! :head_bang

if it’s 15″ scoops your looking for my mate has at least 4 for sale at a very reasonable price. let me know if it is scoops and i will post up the infoyeah probably has been cancelled from looking at the site. it was a little while ago when i spoke to someone involved so looks like things have changed since then. shame really . would have been a good event.
General Lighting wrote:just checked the site, sadly this has been cancelled as the club has already been closed downI’m as gutted about this as the original posters (and no doubt the rest of the local lot will be) as its virtually on our doorstep…
i thought this was still happening when i spoke to an organiser 2 weeks ago. I heard the club had closed down, but they still offered these july dates as a one last party event. i could be wrong tho. :bigsmile:February 17, 2005 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Ello everyone, i’m a newbie in case you hadn’t noticed! #1064171General Lighting wrote:Hi Jason – welcome to partyvibe… I put a post on the Aztek forum earlier and will check out the rest of the site later this evening…this place has always been friendly and informative since it first started in the mid 1990s – before the messageboard there was a page of e-mailed party reviews (still here somewhere?) – I used to download these and show them to my friends in sound systems as many were in squats and shared houses which didn’t have internet access – these were great morale-boosters to some of the crew people!
whilst people are always going to have differences over what music they like and how parties should be put on there’s no need to stir up further conflict when there are many forces against us these days like politicians and locals, and the issues that sometimes cause disruption to wider communities or bad event at parties can only ever be solved by crews working together…
Quite simply, If we are not united, our enemies will be….
Didnt realise pv had been going since 90’s i first came here 2001 when i first started going to parties and i found this site extremely useful back then, learning all about the ethics of the scene and what i’d been missing out on all my life! i’d been going to clubs like slamminvinyl etc at the time and some mates started section 63 system and after there first party i was hooked! been going most weeks since. i remember reading the party reviews drooling over them!!!
Totally agree with your last paragraph, i’ve been getting sick to the back teeth of the constant london v bumpkin etcetc threads which are just causing scene to be split up even more. it should be london & bumpkin vs the OB, Gov & council threads! i think i’m not gonna go on sj much anymore, this site is full of decent content and decent people , and people here beleive in the ethics which i learnt about when i first started going to parties. and thats what i used to love so much about partying, everyone has such strong beliefs and sticks together to fight for the right to party. i beleive a lot of sjer’s lack knowledge regarding our scene either that or they just dont care.
maybe if they read some of the info on this site their views would be different. i’ve been glued to this site since 1pm and not seen a single negative comment, i really didn’t think that would be possible on a internet site.ps- thanks for posting on our forum , we are a new system and have only held a few parties so very much appreciate any support / feedback we receive. (your the 2nd person to mention the forum colour so i will get it amended to something more readable!) We don’t like advertising ourselves or site etc but we want to get the word out about our parties to the right people. 🙂
