I’m so glad I’ve had no reception on my phone for the last few days, watched it with 2 of my best mates who are both yid army boys & got nuff stick then. Came back, looked at fb this morning and had some lovely gloating messages on there too! Congrats Spurs, you’d best turn Man Citeh and Chelsea over too now though….
Not only that, but I find I’ve been usurped on the top threads page too. No fair, I demand a reinstatement, or at the very least a tribunal!

Well as I’ve alluded to in the thread I’ve just started, I’ve just returned from Oktoberfest in Munich and whilst there, we decided to go to the Allianz Arena to watch a game. Bayern were away to Werder Bremen, so we watched 1860 (or Sechzig as they’re affectionately known to us real fans!), they won 4-0 and were pretty damn impressive. Even got a couple of ex-prem players in their team in Gabor Kiraly and Moritz Volz (who actually scored the 2nd of their goals). German stadiums are great man, drinking beer and smoking in your seat at the stadium because it’s not a police state, unlike here! Nice to be treated like an adult by the authorities for once.
October 2, 2012 at 11:26 am #1259941Drinking and smoking…..bloody hell, when I went to see aylesbury fc (over the road, literally) I was drinking but was told if I wanted to smoke I’d have to leave the ground and stand at the end of the road!!!

That’s ludicrous mate, unbelievable how crap we have it over here man, everything is better in Germany. They have cigarette machines like the ones we have in the pubs over here, only they have them out in the street! You couldn’t do that over here cos some dick would smash the machine and nick all the fags within 2 hours of it being put up.

Surely it would make more sense to isolate the chavs by producing them an underground collection point (was going to settle for a pen but thought a series of rat like tunnels more fitting) outside each popular public building where they must report and remain until the venue/event closes. Not fully thought that through, just an idea. Any suggestions for imoroving this feature feel free

I think we had outdoor cig machines in blighty and legalised opiates and other drugs OTC right up until just before I was born but people were greedy even then, then there was a economic recession and everyone robbed everything or trashed it (in place of having more positive political revolutions like Europe did in 1968).
the smoking ban is the same across the EU, its just that everyone in our country has used it as a way to advance their own agendas or just fight. Folk in DE / NL / DK and similar Northern European countries are brought up better to play nice and to make sensible rules and when they don’t always agree with each other to find consensus. They learned the hard way about 70 odd years ago what happens when you don’t.

Pissed me off a bit to hear a few younger English lads over there talking about ‘2 World Wars and 1 World Cup’ while I was there too. As I pointed out to em, they didn’t fight in the war, I didn’t and nor did most of the Germans over there, yet it seems to be a mindset we’re stuck in. Think their way of life’s a lot better than ours to be completely honest.
