They have recently been declared “unlicensed medicines” by the govt so a few places that were selling them openly have been raided recently. It doesn’t help either that the chemicals in them are similar to those in the nasty “shark” pills…

However try finding the “hippy shops” that sell bongs, rizlas, cyberwear etc. Unfortunately I don’t know the North well enough to suggest any but perhaps someone else might
