but im still having me fry up whats on yr plate

toast

mushrooms
tomatoes
oatcake

see i was really tempted for that first thing but then the offer of a full breakfast, cause i looked so poorly, came my way so i jumped at it
btw i have finished it and it was lovely i didnt even leave one bean , which sometimes i do

A penicillin tablet washed down with some blackcurrent lemsip.

Had a throat infection for two weeks and because of it I’ve contracted two seperate bloody colds over the two weeks. This one is worse though. Just praying I’m feeling a little more human for Monday when I start new job.

wow, you Northerners and Scots are proper going for it :laugh_at:

I did eat a lot quite late last night though as I came back from work late.

So I just had a slice of toast since the morning (I did wake up around lunchtime though )

and have only just has some decent food (chicken curry) now and its teatime..

I always find it hard to eat early in the mornings though…

BTW get well soon Biotech (I know what you mean about the nasty cold-type lurgi that is going around East Anglia at the moment, I have not been feeling 100% and am probably gonna stay in tonight if I don’t feel better by the evening..)

me not well hardly slept got cold :yawn: …so breakfast was …orange an grapefriut juice a multi vit……rice chrispies….slice of granary toast with butter ……
