Yea fuck nose what im doin new years – we got stiffed by a club, so all our best laid plans have gone to waste…shitbox.
we’ve been casting around for other venues, but its well late now, so nooooo chance. there will be one or two house parties an ting, but i recon im gonna work in the pub! get the cash in and invest in the next party.

new years is nearly always a let-down. what is it about that night? every one who never goes out on fri and sat coz they dislike crowds and clubbin, suddenly HAS to go out, and they just get in the way of the bar. the best new years ive had were london southbank on millenium (gave lots of mates their first pills), a house party round my mates two years ago (exactly the right peepl there, and when the pubs kicked out, loads of old faces from backintheday showed up- phatness), and last year i stayed in with my lady, ate lush food, got well caned and pissed, and passed out before midnight(should i have admitted that here….dun dun duuuun!)it was lovely.sorry, i mean yea! im gonna do loads of stuff thats way better than anyone else…if you dont do what i do then you batantly arent as good as me, ive found the best place to go, that only really cool people know about etc etc

If you want you can all come round and we’ll watch it together, but your not allowed to bring any booze into my home. No smoking either.

I hate to say it but I will probably be at a garage event. Trust me, it’s not where I’d choose to spend my NYE but we really need the spondoolies for the soundsystem…. besides, we’ll just make up for it with a house party when we get back.
