so did anyone actually find a party in the end?
I heard a few got stopped round this way but not sure if others happened elsewhere TBH I think the weather wasn’t exactly at its best for outdoor parties compared to previous years
anyone got other stuff planned for the rest of the weekend?
NB: of course if there is a party still going in your area be careful how much you give away in public posts (although I’m sure there are people about who may want more details by private messaging…)

loads of friends I haven’t had time to catch up with recently came by… my recyling bin is now stuffed with beer and cider cans, bottles of good wine were emptied, organic skunk trees are now nothing but twigs, a large canister of NO is empty
i haven’t had a break since new year and before this weekend i was proper cross-eyed, feeling nausious tired
there were a couple of parties around here… but i chose to lay in the garden, dragged my new 80 watt TDL speakers out there, decks in the kitchen, and just chill
TBH, haven’t laughed so hard or for so long in months
nothing like old friends :bigsmile:

went without a hitch, no idiots,no hassle,no ob.
hardcore room was avin it.
jungle room was electric.the 70`s porn music room was very fun & quirky.
all round good effort from everyone.

so good to hear about something more positive…..

Lot of crews around just now GL that either travel over here regularly or are based in Notts, been seeing something of a revival up here and it’s nice to not have to travel all over the country just to have a stomp with likeminded people.
considering the party was in a squatted building around the inner city area there was certainly potential for trouble but i don’t think there was one single incident, i didnt even see a single soul acting cuntish, the crowds are growing up here and the scene up here at the moment is actually mushrooming quite quickly due in part to the growing student influx.
Think we are gonna be doing a bit of this and that over the summer GL and you’d be more than welcome to come along and chill with the crazy gang.
I think Notts/Derby is about due some sort of teknival of it’s own 💡

April 18, 2006 at 4:03 pm #1070065A busy w/e for ITSy BITSy. Saturday night with Tribe of Munt. Not the busiest it’s been but a wicked night anyway. Really enjoyed playing my first set for ages.
Packed up Suinday morning and headed off to EggTek for the rest of the w/e. Phat party and an excellent venue. Was loving the sound of 12 punishers in the big linkup, even if I did somehow miss all the non-cheese sets played on it!
Big ups to Karpet and Disco Pete for superb lights, Fatty and the Hippy for barbecue goodness and a lot of hard work, Jade for being a star on coffee and teas and Jo for being a nutter.
Big ups also to all the crews and people that made for such a good w/e

Jade had a great time at the Tek, ran a little tea/coffee stall and made herself a bit of pocket money.
Jo discovered one of the perils of passing out at parties when she found a large footprint on her back after Munt. Detailed forensic investigation showed the culprit to have been Tomato Man :laugh_at:
Feel like I’ve been partying all w/e!!

Was the best party ive ever been to and was great to meet alot of people from sj.
I’m looking forward to the next one, but i dont think ill be doing hallucinogenics for a long time.:surprised
