The American flag that was put on the moon in 1969 isn’t standing there any more. Former astronaut Buzz Aldrin told this on tuesday, druing a lection at the Technical University of Delft . During the departure back to earth, they accidently tipped it down.
Because of the emotional value of the flag for the Americans, Aldrin and his co-astronauts Neil Armstrong and Michael Collins decided not to tell everybody about this. Aldrin also told that you can’t see the Chinese wall from the moon and that all continents are hard to keep apart.
I reckon some aliens have got it on the wall in their room, along with bits of abandoned Soviet spacecraft, old satellites etc… like how us humans collect “trophies” after raves :laugh_at::laugh_at:
