cheers, was tuned in last night but didn’t get a chance to visit the chatroom..

that odd audio glitch is still there – however I managed to record it so when I get a chance will see if I can delve more deeply into its nature. its like vinyl surface noise but driving the encoder into clipping – really strange though as the levels on everything else are fine. Livestream compresses the audio so its not heard on that stream. Sinner69 heard it too on some players but not on Hardcore Lives tuner (which I suspect contains an inbuilt DSP / codec as the chap what wrote it is very smart..)

sounding really good tonight ! the glitches and compression have gone (was sounding better on tuesday too but i didn’t have the big speakers on then). port 8002 stream still only clocking about 128kbits average as well, not the 256kbit i was expecting to see, but sounds so much clearer – well done whatever it was dr. b ! raaa
