All “recreational” drugs have over the years been used (by those with evil intent) to commit sexual assaults, to extract confessions, to overpower an enemy, to give a group or an individual the courage to kill or hurt, or to make an enemy commit acts that would discredit them.
The people who do this range from individual psychopaths to organised groups of military/government officers……
There are good people at parties and some really scummy people – some so-called “ravers” do play similar mind games to those carried out by the CIA during the MKULTRA acid testing projects (the main bloke Gottilieb was himself a heavy drug user, a darkside acid head experimenting on fellow humans with government funding!) – but these sort of people tend not to last very long on the party scene.
