Shots fired in packed nightclub
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man opened fire in a packed nightclub in central London.

Officers were called to the Umbaba club in Ganton Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A police spokesman said several shots were fired at a time when many people were in the nightclub but no-one was treated for gunshot wounds.

Detectives believe the shooting took place after an argument in the Umbaba. A firearm was also found at the club.
