good stuff – I too was feeling pretty fragile this morning; a heavy night, some long journeys plus (after a “comfort stop”) losing my footing and rolling down an bramble-covered embankment on the A14 on the way back to the car….

yep – it was only more embarrasment and a few scratches than real pain… (and gave much amusement to people who were in the car, would have looked like a scene out of a comedy movie)….

I had a nasty headache this morning but I am feeling a lot better now..
