Sounds exciting!
April 10, 2013 at 2:31 pm #1271375As a youngster I remember being bored quite a lot. Well, it was a very boring market town I was in.
Nowadays I don’t have the time to get bored. Occasionally I meditate when I’m delayed for some reason but I can always find something to do.
Tricky part can be motivating myself to do it.
April 10, 2013 at 3:31 pm #1271390I’m constantly listening to music, skating, producing and working on songs, playing drums. I still get bored every so often at the weekends if there no partys and then i just end up revising for exams /:

April 10, 2013 at 7:55 pm #1271389smoke crack
April 10, 2013 at 11:19 pm #1271380I take all the food out my freezer, chips, peas, fish finger ect and lay each individual food item on my table and make them face mecca.
This can be tricky with the peas as because of their roundness I have to decide which side of the sphere faces mecca. ( I have a complicated maths equation to do this and a magnifying glass handy)
I have to do this all in a short space of time so the food does not defrost.

Some work better than others. I rate Monroe Hemi-Sync, but that’s a dirty great toolbox of the stuff. Not for casual use.
A mate tried lesson one a couple times but never got further than 15 minutes. (He was trying to quit heroin at the time, and psychoactive drugs are not recommended at the same time as Hemi-Sync).
Happy ending – last I heard he was clean, moved back in with his (amazingly cute) girlfriend and is cosy squatting in Berlin. But I don’t think Hemi Sync is what he needed.
