CHEESE! :weee: I love imported cheese from the U.K. – the sharper the better! My fave place to shop around the holidays is Central Market; they have an entire wall of cheese from around the world! I like Stilton/Double Gloucester, and the onion/cheddar mixes – Cotswold is one, the other is something like Abbeydale ????

Its odd isnt it that the USA has some great food, but its cheese is simply terrible!

yeah I will only eat cheddar, mouldy cheese seems insane to me, as does cheese in a can

I can eat a BIT of Stilton and only if it’s mixed with double gloucester – layered together so the flavors mix; it mellows the stilton some.
