well this side of the pond we don’t have “spring break” like in the USA….
but its the start of the outdoor rave season – where people find a disused field and set “rigs” (sound systems) and party over the weekend 🙂
in england only the main bars care about ID. [they have got a bit tighter recently but that may be because the UK’s supposed to have ID cards soon like other european countries]
Most of the off licenses (liquor stores) don’t give a monkeys how old (or young) you are, and sometimes you can buy booze (liquor) at raves – some raves have unlicensed bars like in the 1920s in America but without the shooting and gangsters!)
But the bars have to be careful of cops and “Her Majesty’s Customs and Revenue” inspectors or they will be raided for selling without a license.
