So how offten are people on here totally soba? No rugs, no smoke (though i have recently herd this is a rug :p) no drink etc?

It will help to know how many things I should indulge in and how often. :weee:

im usually sober exept on a friday / saturday but i dont even drink every weekend

I usually get fucked on the weekends and like to have a couple weekends on and a couple off. I don’t do nothing during the week, don’t even drink. Don’t like being spangled all the time, Used to get fucked up every couple of days but i can’t do it no more! 😉

Yeah man, don’t worry too much though, you’ll get there eventually. I’m just about getting on top of my soberness but when i hit it i fucking hit it hard mate, It’s all about having a break every couple weeks, I haven’t been doing it long but it’s quite a good system so far. Try it, Have two weekends on (as in geting fucked) and then two weekends of just chilling. Sorts you out mate! :love:

I dont kain it tooo hard at the weekend now due to my need for 3g of K per party over last summer. Trying to be healther, I will most defenatly consider ur advice! sounds sensible to me, really i need to get more fucked for 2 weekends out of 4. Nice!

if u don’t know what i’m gonna say =)

basically for anyone reading this (i think it works with most toolbar search things)

if u are unsure of how to spell a word, start typing it into the taskbar search and it comes up with things you might be searching for…. you’ll find the correctly spelled word quickly!!
