Thanks for all your kind words it means so much to us.

Even though we kinda expected it to happen it was still a major shock. She was my supergran expecially at the age of almost 94!!!

Will remember all the good times I had with her.

Thanks for all your wishes everyone.. its a hard time.. i don’t really know how i feel at the moment..

I’m sad that she is gone but relieved that she is no longer in pain…

I cried so much at 8pm last nite when my mum called to say that she wasn’t going to make it through the nite that when i found out she had died this morning when my mum text Stuart i could hardly cry… i’ve run out of tears..

Still don’t think its sunk in totally yet to be honest..

And my mum says thanks to everyone for their kind words and thoughts..

just been out to celebrate my grans life at a gig… she was always so musical so best way to remember her.

Am seeing my mum tomorrow so will show her all your posts.

Am still tearful and as my sis says dont think it has totally sunk in.

It will do at the funeral … it would have been her 94th birthday … quite fitting for everyone to celebrate her life!

I would like to say thank you everyone for all your kind thoughts and wishes ….

The funeral is on monday and am dreading it would have been her 94th birthday… but should be an ending to it all finally.. I can only hope anyway… all i can say is at least my man is going to be there someone to support me.

Thank you all though it means so much to my family …. you are all one in a million.

Hi everyone

many thanks for all your kind words … the funeral was lovely well fitting for my grannie. Although I used quite a few tissues I did smile and laugh at a few things my aunt said at the Eulogy. When my aunt was saying funny things about my graqnnie the sun came out … was as if she was listening laughing away!!

Quite a few people came back to the hotel after aswell… which was lovely.

It was an emotional day but all the family pulled together … which was the main thing.

It was a difficult day for us all.. but the service was lovely and my auntie sheila did her proud with her eulogy and Shorty’s rite the sun did seem to beam in during it.. :love: Grannie had said she didn’t want anyone to say anything at her funeral because she didn’t think she’d done anything worth mentioning.. how wrong she was..

There was a nice turnout of family and friends which showed how much loved she was..
I’m just glad its over now though..

And as Shorty said thank you again to you all for your kind words and messages.. they mean a lot to us all.. 😉
