Na man I actually totally agree, Imo, it’s laziness that causes this problem. It’s all to easy to just palm people off when you have to deal with 100’s of the fuckers every day. I’ve even seen a documentary about something similar to what we are talking about…

Basically they said how it’s so so easy for doctors to miss important information on x-rays, as they have to look at tons of them daily, and kinda “black out” minor differences to a normal x-ray, as they are literally conditioned by the law of averages to have 10+ to 1 normal x-rays, so actually see a normal x-ray even if something’s wrong as it’s “standard” to them. It’s a drone process, and this leads to fuck up’s purely through mind boredom. This is one reason that I rate Google, as they understand psychology … they let their workers have breaks what not only increases productivity, but actually helps people have a fresh perspective on things, and in a creative roll, this is essential. Doctors need more breeaks, time to unwind and think about what they have to make decisions on, rather then being forced to make a decision RIGHT NOW!

(OFC if it’s life or death it’s a different situation, I’m just talking about x-rays tho.)

Pretty fucked up, but it’s what happens apparently. Can you imagine looking at x-rays all day long, every day, for the rest of you life?
