I’m just putting the finishing touches to an early version of our own radio player (follow the Radio Player link at the top of the page or visit our radio page). Expect improvements and a page for each stream. More soon…

it took me a while to find the link (below the tweet and like buttons).
Would there be any problem in making the bigger logo trigger the player window? (other than as its an auto start up it could be bait for people at work due to the noise)

– A page for each stream.I’ve linked the logo at the top of the page to the player and the drop down menus, there are also links to it in the intro blurb on our home page and the radio FAQ…

Echo the comment about making the link bigger though. Or how about a big button just saying ‘Listen Now’ below where it says Partyvibe Radio at the top of the page?
Edit: just read your last comment and noticed you’ve linked the logo to the player. Though adding ‘listen now’ under the logo would make it a bit more obvious that clicking on it opens the radio player, and less of a hidden feature.

March 7, 2013 at 2:15 am #1268489It was always a couple of clicks too far away – I forget it’s there most of the time. Now there’s a button at the top of the page that makes noise come out of my speakers when I press it, I reckon I’ll use it way more. Also the player has the live stream on it, and I could never find it on the radio page before it got changed.

I think that may have been a dubstep ‘in-joke’ , eat shit and die is the name of a Skrillex track. I’m sure that just makes you like the whole genre even more…
