– The uncle of two-year-old Casey Leigh Mullen appeared in court on Thursday charged with her rape and murder.
Michael Mullen, 21, from Leeds, did not enter a plea and spoke only to give his name, address and age during a short hearing at Leeds Magistrates’ Court.
He was remanded in custody until next Wednesday.
The toddler was found dead at her home in Gipton, Leeds, on Sunday. A post mortem found she died from “compression of the neck.”
Neighbours have left flowers, teddy bears and cards outside the three-bedroom family home.
One note read: “To a little angel. Rest in peace.” Another said: “A little smiler. Up with the angels.”

id like to add.. i hope his family diown him …i hope he is never free …i hope he gets made into someone bitch in jail an all bum him an make him feel shit everyday of his life ..deaths too good for child molesters …the net is closing in on them now …they are getting caught times are changing thank god ….

I agree April, its sad, very sad.

These people should be tortured to within an inch of their lives.

Capital Punishment should exist for this very reason.

For me the most evil thing about people like this man is that they make the world a little more like themselves. :hopeless:

I hope they send him to jail and keep him there but I dont see how torturing him is going to make Casey come back to us?

Dont be drawn in and let a desire for revenge on Casey’s behalf tarnish the shining lights of your souls as well.

Be sure that he will never be able to expunge the bloodstain on his soul in this life and that the deed will follow him around for the rest of his life on earth.

To Casey

May you rest in the peace and love which you were denied in this life from those who should have had your best interests at heart. An angel now in heaven as you should be.

A brief life snuffed out in violence undeserved and unnecessary.

r.i.p casey an angel only lent to this world briefly. as for that monster he derserve,s to go to prison the lads inside will be waiting for him and his life will become one of torture and rightly so

The chap clearly has a serious mental problem so I’m not sure I agree with torturing and torment to satisfy the human lust for revenge.

It is sick, he is mental, it is terrible stuff but I don’t think he is of sound mind. Although, I do he should definitely be removed from the rest of society permanently. I don’t think you can cure that kind of illness.

I hear what you are saying biotech, but with all the recent stories about peadophiles being released on licenese, and re offending, how do you remove them from soceity permanently???

every decent member of soceity knows that this sort of thing is wrong, and shouldn’t even think those thoughts, to actually go through with his fantasy with a family memeber, he should forfeit his life.
