Does anyone bother thinking about what to eat before getting on a session? Do you prefer to get gurned on an empty stomach or stock up on the vitamins before caining it? I’ve recently grown a beard so I can save up food for them times when you’re starving in the morning after a rave and can’t find a shop open to buy food. :laugh_at:
Well I shaved it partialy of thye other day testing the lenth of a shaver .. but I’m growing it back.

Ended up with a five bean chili and chips and ciders. Proper needed a poo for the first half of the night though! Really good one at SantaTek in Oxford good to catch up with some old school faces. I always plan to eat a well meal before hand but I am always in a rush getting ready it never works out that way. Plus I always get pre party excitement I never feel hungry! So it is normally a quick trip to a drive through McDonalds!
