      A mate had one of these power kite things left in his car the other week, so we decided to take it up onto the hills to fly it the other weekend. Its bloody scary and quite painful but being lifted and dragged about by a kite is a great buzz :weee:

      Well I have decided that I am going to get myself one as this whole jumping with them looks great fun, anyone else experienced these?

          you just need one of them kites and a large open space, the one I was messing with was 4 meter square and that was pulling me all over the place…

            no. a lot of places have a ban on them. and you need insurance.

            but you can do it in lots of places and insurance isn’t expensive.
