I think alot of the blame lies with the Portuguese police. They were so slow in the initial and vital stages to react that they fucked up any chance of finding her.
I don’t think the parents killed her but to blame them 5months on shows the Porto OB can’t be bothered anymore. Poor little girl eh’

Can’t agree with you more and let’s face it the parents should have been done with gross negligence. And what about all the other poor little souls who have gone missing and have not had all the media attention!

i have kids i love kids im a mum im gonna feel for the parents…even tho they should never ever have left the kids home alone ..they have that burden to carry with them forever…
yes i agree lots of childern go missing although these circumstances are bizarre…im sure the truth will come out tho’…i hope she is found alive and if not i hope it wasnt a peopdohile who got her…
i know people are sic of hearing about it..i just think wot if it was someone in your family who you cherish…would you want the world to look for them…
if you havent got kids its really hard for you to begin to know how it feels …i lost my son once in meadowhall he simple walked out of a shop.as i turned away for 2 seconds …it was an absolutely awful dread…luckily he didnt get far…he was about 3 at the time i ll never forget it …god knows what that family must feel like …and the press have been terrible in portugal especially to them…

i feel for them, i feel for any parent who loses a child an like any sane person wishes for a happy ending but i can’t help being a bit cynical about the media’s involvement in all this.

So many kids are missing, go missing. So many kids are out there with no help, no publicity, nothing. It sucks big time.

Makes me feel a bit gnarly when i think about the media’s actual agenda i.e. we have a pretty young white blond girl with church going parents, this’ll sell papers! They don’t actually give a flying f**k, if they did they’d do more for others

I reckon all the media attention fucked up anyone’s chance of finding Maddy.

Think about it.. if someone had taken her and all the media attention was making the world look for her, then there’s only one way they’re not going to be found out to be honest.
