congratulations; its excellent stuff to see a raver couple that has actually lasted that long and produced a stable family!
I’d suggest preparing for a small private event in a field or suitable outbuilding (depending on weather); get permission and a TENS license.
the nanny state surveillance is more effective than it was 10 years ago and rave music / perceived drug culture is less tolerated so a pub night is more risky and the landlord will be para about drugs etc because of the licensing checks.
also amongst your friends there will be probably loads of kids and/or dogs, so you will want to set up some sort of “multi-species creche area” for them to play in away from noise and hazards.
