well yeah, but thats got nothing to do with it.
Decided last week that if i was gonna wake up and feel shit in the morning anyway then i may as well just go out and get shit faced. Also i reasoned that maybe taking shit loads of rugs may burn the infection out of my throat…

my sympathies mate, man flu is a horrid thing, ladies ought to consider themselves lucky they don’t get it… Its funny how gender specific illness is talked up in women, and talked down in men!

I think its because men are more stoical, and rarely make a fuss… 😉

Ah mate i feel for ya! I’ve just recovered from a weird cold/flu thing, have stayed in the last couple weeks (this weekend as well) whilst the illness works it way through. My advice dude is to do the same cos if you get on one then you’re just prolonging the infection!

Its a good job i can smel again really because today i’ve noticed the inside of my car stinks of petrol.

turns out all it took to get that cold out of my system was a bit of base and some psytrance. Actually woke up after zogg feeling better than i did before i went out! was quite a surreal feeling tbh. In your face man flu i win! :bounce_flash:

in hindsight going to the party on sat may not have been such a great idea as i do feel a liitle bit out of it today, but at least i havent got the fucking lurgie! 😉

You lucky bugger! My man flu went and now i’ve got bloody sininitus, Feels like i’ve been smacked in the face and it’s fecking agony! Actually taking painkillers which is something i don’t usually do but the pain, she is too great. I want my mummy. 😥

I only call my mum in direst emergencies, but she was in the NHS for 30 years, so she knows wot to do, when all else fails… :group_hug

Yeah you get that, and also Valentines day (which is, oh so obviously, just for women to have another day of feeling special) and Mothers Day which is always far superior in advertising and gifts then Fathers Day (To the point that Fathers Day might as well not exist) :devil_wag

I am feelin a bit peaky 2day, but i don’t think its man-flu…
