ive been single for about a year now, and to be honest its made me pretty happy, you dont have the worries of other person on youre shoulder.

yeh valentines day is just an excuse for people to express there love, if you really love each other you should do that anyway!!!

I sent Valentine cards to a couple of my girl mates as they complained that they wouldn’t get any, so i thought it would cheer em up! :love:

yeh i hear ya man, most girls round here either wear fake gold hoops the size of a plate or are 12 year old emo kids getting pissed on j2o.

round here any girl of an age that wouldn’t get me arrested often already has at least one kid, often by some idiot what has walked away from supporting the life he has brought into this world. I refuse to do the “stepdad” thing though (I am certainly not paying to support another mans child when I never want one of my own) and there is often always bad feeling, anger and jealousy from the real father (to the point you and the kids could be looking over your shoulder)

Either that or they are religious/conventional in their lifestyles and are put off by the concept of a grown man who still takes part in “teenagers activities” such as raves (the current publicity doesn’t help)

then again nearly all the younger people I know in relationships seem to be more in “power struggles” where each partner only holds on for what they can get out of the other until they can find someone “better”… I know of about two solid couples amongst my entire circle of friends and the rest are constantly arguing and paranoid about what the other is “getting up to” :you_crazy

lol, I didn’t forget, my little brother and sister brought me a little note with happy valentine’s on it this morning while I was in bed! Did I mention I was on the night shift too. Little bastards ;D
