Well I didn’t had such good news about the arakiss.
It’s a club and generally speaking, Frecnh Clubs are welcoming… sorry.

does anyone know where the nearest place to go clubbing in france from Angouleme, in the poitou-charente regoin? im thinking its prolly somewhere like montpellier, but im not sure. my mums moved down near there.

If u’r near Angouleme than u’d be far from Montpellier.
Try Bordeaux, it’s closer and there is a good tekno scene..

I think there is a commercial rave next week or the week after.
It’s stg near ‘fort de cubsac’ or ‘fort Medoc’

nice, yer i just multimapped the area, and montpellier is miles off! it was just hopeful thinking, tbh, my mate lives down there, and another in toulouse. nev mind. will have to check out bordeaux…im not goin done there till september i recon, so it’ll prolly be a bit quiet, but theres nothing that makes you appreciate raving than chilling in the arse end of nowhere (or vice versa)!

angouleme is nr Poitiers inthe poitou charente region.. there are clubs in Poitiers.. i’m going back 10 yrs, but i remember fairly good ‘uns on the outskirts in an industrial zone….

montpellier is more the place to be, but its fookin miles mate!!

monpelier is only a few hours on the train, and ive got a mate to stay with who i want to catch up with down there, so it might be worth the trek. the charente is lush countryside, but pretty dead otherwise.

cheers for the poitiers tip, doesn’t seem like the bangingest of towns, but i’ll try and check teh nightlife. the problem is that its hard to find out anything but cheese if you dont know the area. i guess i’ll just have to jump in and see wha happens.
