gabba or tekno

Got a question…. I have been downloading tekno sets off tha internet and playing them to find they are not what I expected.. I thought tekno was made at 200bpm but these sets I downloaded were slooow… Is tekno a different speed now?? I used to listen to gabba and tekno bak in 1995. I just got back from a teknival party and one arena was banging out gabba like tekno. These must have been new tunes,

So if I am looking for these tunes on tha net what am I looking for???

Nah techno’s closer to about 140 bpm some speed it up though of corse and some slow it down.

sounds like you were listening to Project Mayhems home grown stuff….

next time I see them I’ll ask where people can get hold of their music if it is released anywhere..
