If a girl gets herself extremely drunk and possibly consents to sex (she doesn’t know because she got herself into a state) and a man spreads her ass cheeks apart and sticks his dick inside her then it’s only her fault?
If she gets robbed while drunk, then it’s her fault?
If she gets into a car and kills 50 people it’s her fault?

      Is that equality?

Well i’m probably going to be disliked for this but she chose to get into a right state so she should accept the consequences really. If you get so fucked you can’t look after yourself people will take advantage, I thought that was just common sense.
I’d say the same if it was a man in either of those positions though, before someone says I hate women and am a sexist..

Basically is the first one the girls fault or is the man the evil higher being who abused her? Or are they all the same?

Obviously the man is at fault for robbing someone in the first place, but when people put themselves in situations where they can be robbed easily then it’s no surprise that it happens and they just need to build a bridge and get over it really, or not be stupid in the first place.

Getting robbed is never your own fault, man or woman, drunk of not………. you can do things to make you more likely to be safe or more likely to be at risk, but it’s the robber who makes the decision to do something wrong

Drunk driving is stupid regardless of gender, and anyone, man or women who does it should be punished harshly

The sex one will always be a grey area and depends on the condition of both parties, if the woman is drunk to the point beyond consent then it’s rape, if she consents when drunk to something she would not consent to when sober, then her impaired judgement is her own fault, but if a sober man deliberately targets a drunk women then thats taking advantage, not illegal, but not morally right.

Equality is farce, none of us are equal, we are all born with varying degree’s of physical & mental potential, then our upbringing & starting position in society determines how much of that potential we fulfill. Treating everyone equally when they are not is in fact inequality, a term the PC brigade have labeling ‘positive discrimination’.

Oh and BTW Im not some kind of elitist, Im distinctly average myself, average build, average intelligence, worse than average upbringing & starting position, but a long way from the worst.

Well in Mezz, smashed it, for some reason people think positive discrimination isn’t bad when it is.
I’d disagree with you on the robbing one though, while it isn’t directly her fault she is at fault somewhat for being drunk hence making herself easier prey (i’d say that if it was a man too, hence I don’t get smashed and walk around on my larry pissed out my nut at 2 am anymore)

just because you are intoxicated and therefore ‘easy prey’ that is not a deffence that will stand up in a court of law,

rape is rape (if it is non consensual sex drunk or not),
robbing is robbing whether the victim is drunk or not,

and drink driving is drink driving

if you think like this (easy prey) what about an intoxicated 15 year old girl as apposed to an intoxicated 40 year old lady – both said no….. is it more ‘ok’ to rape the 40 year old than the 15 yr old?

yes – people do need to tale responsibility for themselves, but if someone says no they said no, or stop,

if someone (I think Mezz already said this) is too intoxicated to consent / passed out then this is also rape – male or female –

but if you are so far gone you are unable to take responsibility for your safety and you are assaulted you are ‘not asking for it’,
you may have put yourself in a vulnerable situation – but it is still wrong to be attacked / assaulted / raped = and the person responsible for the attack / assault / rape is responsible for their actions not the unconscious / drunk one

if you disagree – I would ask you to have a long think about that

(its reminding me of a defense I heard from a pedophile stating the child was ‘asking for it as they were acting provocatively’ – bit of a leap in terms of comparison – but no one asks to be raped…. drunk or not)
