Just got an email saying that we are going to have the Enigma machine on display at work for a day, I am going to book myself a demo…..
I dont get why a publishers is having it here though :crazy_diz

I read in the news the Collossus(sp?) computer has been rebuilt. They even got some Germans to transmit signals by wireless from Germany to test it!

Just seems odd that its only for view for one day and only to staff…..Ah well popping along next week for a demo on how it works (i doubt i will understand though)
My old man was telling me that when he used to work at RAF Cosford when he opened and closed the building they had to sign a document to state that the enigma machine they held was still there.

I find this sort of thing quite interesting to watch documentrys or read about. Its amazing some of the stuff they did.
