Nowadays i need plenty of fruit (bananas i find best out of lot) before, during if poss, and after taking drugs to keep the comedown down to hardly noticable after a few joints.
Having plenty food through the week helps to keep your energy up for the weekend and 1 good meal before ya go out aint gonna do much if ya been eating junkfood/missing meals all week.
If i know its going to be a big weekend i always eat loads more than usual a few days before as i know i will just be light snacking when i can over weekend.I cant handle the big comedowns no more and they seem to get worse and worse so i try my best to avoid them altogether! I also cant say no which is gonna hurt my body in years to come lol.
Failing all the above go to the pub and sink a dozen pints. Comedown is gone till thr next time.

Yeah man you’re like me, It takes me fucking ages to recover from a rave now. Growing up is a bit shit really ain’t it! I always try and take the monday off now if my weekend will be messy! Has to be done these days! 😉
