well its sounds like its all going well for you and 1/2 a stone can be got rid of pretty quick . Ill have to get that alan carr book then , if it works its worth it . However not until the end of next week as im on a course and i think im might need the odd cigarette to calm me self down lol .

And i think i need to join the gym again as well ……..see what you’ve done lol i guess its rubbing off on me .

Red wine gives me a nice warm glow and i love the taste , like cider but that knocks me out so cant drink too much of that

Well we all have our poison , least we’d never battle over the last bottle of drink lol . Tank girl you win …..but its red wine lol , all mine ha ha . Mindyou if im on a mission ill drink pretty much anything thats going , but i havent done that sort of thing for a long time .

Champagne is just fizzy white wine really but the bubbles make it taste sharper i think . However handleing a bottle of champagne is like holding nitroglycerin , its explodes if its warm or it gets shuck up . Made a mess many a time popping the cork !!!!! Maybe i should get a bottle and pop the fucker all over the landladies new lounge carpet !!!!! and pack my bags ready to leave tomorrow morning lol .

my dad acknowledges he is a majour drinker –

so its a bit different to our mum –

despite the fact he prob drinks now as much as her….
